In Southwest Washington, human donor cow milk could only be obtained by traveling to Tigard or Portland. Now, residents can drive to their nearest Legacy Salmon Creek Apothecary for a liter or more of donor milk. These cost savings can be a blessing for those on a tight budget.

The newcomer also collaborated with Northwest Mothers Milk Bank. They are a nonprofit breast-milk collection and distribution organisation. They have a large donor database with over 200 people and are always seeking new donors. They can also provide donor milk in the same way that regular prescriptions are. This means that you no longer have to wait for your milk to ship overnight. The milk is tested for safety and pasteurized.


The baby-friendly Baby-Friendly Hospital Initiative is an international initiative launched by the World Health Organization and endorsed by the United Nations Children's Fund. There are three lactation consultants and three dedicated lactation nurses on the ward, which allows for more personalized care. How to become an Life Coach

The most asked question online is "How do I become a coach?" There are many options for becoming a life-coach, but there are some steps you must take before you become a professional life coach.

  1. Decide what you want to do. You must know your passion and interest before starting any career. Getting into coaching is very easy if you don't know what you want to do yet.
